Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Maison Vitalé, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Please read the following policy before booking.
Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in the loss of your deposit and/or a cancellation charge.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
Where there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Treatment Refunds
Once a treatment has been provided, payments are non-refundable.
Individual results and experiences may vary, and a refund will not be provided solely because a client did not achieve a particular expected outcome.
Treatment Packages
Prepaid treatment packages are intended for the person who purchased them and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Unused sessions may be refunded only where required by law or at the discretion of Maison Vitalé. Any treatments already received may be recalculated at the standard individual treatment price before determining any refund due.
Medical or Safety Reasons
If Maison Vitalé determines during consultation that treatment is not safe or appropriate to proceed, we will discuss the available options with you. Where appropriate, your appointment may be rescheduled or any payment for treatment not provided may be refunded or credited.
Cancellation by Maison Vitalé
In the unlikely event that Maison Vitalé needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer you an alternative appointment or refund any payment made for treatment that has not been provided.
