General
A small, single-use disposable speculum is gently inserted a short distance into the rectum using suitable lubricant. You will be guided throughout, and the process is carried out slowly and respectfully to minimise discomfort. You remain covered with a gown or drape, and the procedure can be paused or stopped at any time.
A colonic should not be painful. You may temporarily experience fullness, pressure or mild cramping as warm, filtered water enters the colon and waste is released. The water flow and pressure can be adjusted throughout to keep you comfortable. Please tell your practitioner immediately if anything feels painful.
Maison Vitalé uses a closed colon hydrotherapy system. Water and waste pass directly through enclosed tubing into the drainage system, so there should be very little or no noticeable odour.

Colon hydrotherapy is not suitable for everyone. Treatment may need to be avoided or postponed if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions, including active inflammatory bowel disease, acute diverticulitis, bowel obstruction, unexplained rectal bleeding, severe haemorrhoids or anal fissures, recent abdominal or bowel surgery, significant heart or kidney disease, or severe unexplained abdominal pain. This is not an exhaustive list. Every client must complete a health-screening questionnaire before treatment. You may be asked to obtain medical clearance where appropriate. If treatment is not considered safe for you, it will not proceed.
Questions are always welcome, and you will never be rushed or pressured into treatment. Please contact Jonelle before booking if you would like to discuss any concerns privately.Call or WhatsApp: 07939 145505Email: maisonvitalewellness@gmail.comLocation: Unit 10, 44 Littleton Street West, Walsall, WS2 8EZ
