Appointments & Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Cancellations or changes should be made with as much notice as possible. Late cancellations, missed appointments and deposits will be managed in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Health Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health, medical conditions, medications and any changes to their health before treatment. Maison Vitalé reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment where it may not be appropriate or safe.
Colon Hydrotherapy
Colon hydrotherapy is a complementary wellness treatment and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences and results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Consent
Treatment will only proceed after appropriate consultation and informed consent. You may withdraw your consent or request that treatment stops at any time.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or over to book treatment unless otherwise agreed in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated when booking. Completed treatments are non-refundable. Packages, deposits and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated when purchased.
Privacy
Personal and health information will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Maison Vitalé’s Privacy Policy.
Conduct & Safety
Maison Vitalé reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where there are concerns regarding safety, inappropriate behaviour or a contraindication to treatment.
